We’re excited to introduce the new Scheduler, a powerful way to visualize your team’s availability and manage bookings directly from a calendar.
You can quickly see when your Service Providers are working, which bookings they have assigned, and where new bookings can be scheduled, all in one place.
What you can do with the Scheduler
• View team availability and working hours in a daily or weekly calendar
• See bookings by status (assigned, invited, or rejected)
• Assign or invite providers to bookings in just a few clicks
• Drag & drop bookings to quickly reschedule them
• Create new bookings from available calendar slots
The Scheduler includes an Unassigned Bookings panel, making it easy to identify bookings that still need a provider and assign them quickly.
Where to find it?
Go to Calendar → Scheduler tab.
