Feature Requests

Need the option to "inactivate or archive" a service provider (like in L27) - not just "delete" them.

Need to be able to make a change of one cleaning in a recurring, and not affect the rest of the cleanings. (In L27, when changing the date of one cleaning, it will ask if you just want to change the one, or the whole series.)

Some people want their home cleaned twice a week. Would be great to have that option on the dropdown in the Frequency section.

Like same day fee, but include option for next day.

Please allow changes to the "sent from" email address, and also custom templates or html for the gift card email that is sent out. Currently they are entirely branded as ConvertLabs, with no indication to the customer where the gift card should be used

I love the new coupon and gift card feature. I’d like to request that we take it further. Creating subscriptions that clients can pay ahead of time allows us to also create programs that can be purchased for self or as a gift. IE children who don’t live near their parents can purchase a 3 month “assisted living at home” program. They pay every 6 months and can see progress in their customer portal.

Allow us to ask clients questions such as “pronouns? Birthday? Etc? As a way to get to know clients more.” The ability to put gifts in clients’ portal.
