I think it would be an amazing concept to be able to have a “road map” for clients. Add your profile picture: get a free stove top clean Update your card: get $5 Refer a client: get $35 Etc. I’ve tested a cleaning service program that has that and it’s pretty cool.

I love the new coupon and gift card feature. I’d like to request that we take it further. Creating subscriptions that clients can pay ahead of time allows us to also create programs that can be purchased for self or as a gift. IE children who don’t live near their parents can purchase a 3 month “assisted living at home” program. They pay every 6 months and can see progress in their customer portal.

Sync bookings to a Google Calendar so the schedule is visible outside ConvertLabs. Not built. iCal feeds exist and cover read-only subscriptions, but there is no Google Calendar connection.

The client is sent an agreement for every booking to confirm they understand the work. This is sent manually by email but it would be helpful to just have this go out with the booking confirmation.

Hello, We have IC's that see our entire calendar and want to select higher paying bookings. Can we have a feature similar to what we had previously with options for limited or full access to the calendar? We want to avoid having to always explain why certain bookings are not assigned to them. Thanks a lot! Shola Philip

Set the timezone a company operates in, so bookings, reminders and scheduled emails all use local time. Not built. There is no timezone per company today, and scheduled sends run on server time.

It would be amazing to have the ability to have clients “pay & forget it” so they can pay 3,6,12 months in advance as a subscription.

Move the "Cleaning Plan" details to the top of the booking page and make that info static.

So I know there is the gift card option but it would be amazing if on the booking form there was a “this Is a gift” option (similar to what Amazon does). Then they can choose to add a gift to the service (IE 1: Flowers, 2: A gift card. 3: A greeting card.) It would give people the opportunity to customize their gift a bit more.
