It would be nice to have a checklist that's sent to each customer on what will be cleaned.

Then have a signature portion the cleaning team can pull up and have them sign before leaving.

And can we add terms to that checklist email too? Like cancellation policy, how we handle undisclosed extra services, etc.

Yessss to this! I’m here for it. I think it would be really amazing if when a client chooses a service type (IE deep cleaning) they automatically see what’s in the checklist so they know what they’re getting. Then on the back end business owners can add what they offer into their checklist.
