First off, this may be best suited as a feature within the Cleaner portal to login and see available jobs and negotiate jobs. Just like how they have their calendar now. An additional great feature would be to track IC history of accepted and declined jobs in convert labs admin.

1) Ability to invite IC team to a job.

2) IC opens and reviews the job (br/ba sq/ft extras etc.) and their calculated rate for that job. They can then choose to either accept, request to renegotiate their rate. or reject the job.

3) If accepted, job details are forwarded the team and the system shows the team has confirmed their acceptance of the job at that rate.

3a) If renegotiated is selected, allow team to increase their rate for that job. Either in $X amount or X%. The referral agency could then either accept, reject, or renegotiate. At this point another confirmation is sent to the cleaner to accept, renegotiate, or reject. A note field describing the rate change request would be ideal.

4) Job is just denied and it shows on that cleaners history that they rejected that job.

Some of these steps may seem unnecessary or redundant but they are in line with the rules for domestic workers in California. It would be great to automate this process. No other software has this out of the box.
