We are a carpet cleaning company, so we don't always have customers who will book reoccurring services.

So if we could have a specific email sequence for people who book a job that would be great!

For example, being able to make it so every customer who pays gets an email X months later, and has it's own sequence. (most common are 6 or 12 months. Then add a few reminder, so like 5.5 months, 6 months and 6.5 months) This would be like hey it's time for your next service email. I've received a few from my dentist as an example.

Some example templates that EVERY service company could use might be; after service is completed auto asking for a review. Sending a email selling the referral program or even gift cards.

And these would all go out automatically after a booking has been marked as paid.
