Customise Gift Card email (currently sent from "convertlabs", no indication where it can be used)

Please allow changes to the "sent from" email address, and also custom templates or html for the gift card email that is sent out. Currently they are entirely branded as ConvertLabs, with no indication to the customer where the gift card should be used
