Include the booking address in the rescheduled notification

When a booking is rescheduled, the text message sent out should indicate the location of the booking that was rescheduled so that teams know what booking was rescheduled. Currently it only says: "Booking from ____ rescheduled for: Date."
Concretely: an [ADDRESS] tag for the rescheduled notification template, which does not exist today.
